What should I consider when juicing?
Add the produce gradually as the auger pulls it in and processes it, and do not stuff it in. Remove coarse and long stems. For produce with a lot of peel, you can soak it beforehand and add it wet. Cut fibrous fruits and vegetables into short pieces.

The juice becomes cloudy and contains a lot of pulp – is that normal?
The gentle pressing process with low rotation speed guarantees the preservation of the ingredients; fine fruit particles in the juice are normal (it does not produce a clear, transparent juice). This also depends on the nature of the produce. Fresh, crisp, and juicy produce yields a better juice result than stored fruit and vegetables. If there are too many fruit particles for your taste, you can place a sieve over the collection container to filter them out.

Why does the juice thicken and become mushy?
Due to the gentle pressing process with a low rotation speed, the cell walls of the produce are hardly damaged or destroyed. As a result, substances that prevent coagulation are not released, and the juice thickens due to oxidation and the contained carbohydrates.
Since there are many different varieties within fruit and vegetable types, this occurs depending on the combination of substances present in the produce. With apples, a mushy result occurs if they have been stored for a long time, if they are windfall fruit with pressure marks, or if the apples are mealy.

What can I do if the pulp is too wet?
You can press the pulp a second time to extract the remaining juice.

What can I do if the drum is clogged?
Regularly activate the reverse function during the pressing process. If pulp still accumulates in the drum and is no longer ejected, please stop in time and clean the attachment parts from the pulp.
