How do I clean my poppy seed mill?
First, remove the protective cap. Unscrew the adjusting screw and then remove the compression spring, crank, and washer. Then, the worm can be removed from the housing. The parts of the poppy seed mill can be cleaned with a dry cloth or a small brush. Assembly is done in reverse order.
Can I also crush other oilseeds with the poppy seed mill?
The poppy seed mill can also be used to process other oilseeds such as flax seeds.

The poppy and chia seed squeezer is dishwasher safe, except for the wooden hand crank.
Can I also make sesame paste with the poppy and chia seed squeezer?No. For making tahini and other pastes, we recommend a food processor or high-speed blender.

How do I secure the hand grater to my work surface and ensure it stays stable?
The base of the hand grater is equipped with a suction cup. By flipping the small lever, a vacuum is created, and the hand grater stands stably on the work surface. For surfaces where suction is not possible, the hand grater can be secured with a table clamp.
How do I change the drums of the hand grater?
The drums can be easily replaced by hand. By turning the crank counter-clockwise, the screw connection that connects the drum and the crank to the housing loosens. The drum can then be pulled out forwards. To attach a different drum, it must be inserted into the housing and the crank screwed on.

It is suitable for all boneless meats for making minced meat, sausage filling, burgers or raw minced pork, in the desired setting, as well as vegetables such as kale, savoy cabbage, onions, parsnips and carrots. How do I clean the universal grinder?
The manual universal grinder, except for the attachments, is completely dishwasher safe. To prevent possible surface rust on the blade and perforated disc, these should be coated with a little cooking oil.
