Terms and Conditions

1. Organizer
   
   

The organizer of the promotion and the entity responsible for data processing is JUPITER Küchenmaschinen GmbH, Vor dem Lauch 22, D – 70567 Stuttgart.

2. Participants, Participation, Deadline

All persons aged 18 and over with a residence in Germany or Austria are eligible to participate.

Each participant may only participate in the promotion once. Multiple participation or participation through electronic registration systems or collective service providers is not permitted.

The organizer reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at their own discretion if there are legitimate reasons, for example: (a) in the event of manipulation in connection with access to or the execution of the competition, (b) in the event of violations of these terms and conditions, (c) in the event of unfair conduct, or (d) in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.

The deadline for participation is the date specified for the respective promotion.

3. Prizes, Winner Determination and Notification

The prizes are stated in the respective announcement. The announcement also contains information on possible restrictions, contributions, or costs that may apply to claiming the prize. The different prizes may vary in value. Cash payment is not possible for prizes that are not monetary amounts. The transfer of prizes to other persons is not possible.

Winners will be determined after the participation deadline through a random draw among all participants.

Winners will be contacted via direct message and asked to provide their data. Participants are responsible for the accuracy of their information, especially their address details. In the event of an undeliverable prize notification, JUPITER Küchenmaschinen GmbH is not obliged to conduct further investigations. If a winner does not respond within one week of notification and has not provided the necessary data for prize delivery to JUPITER Küchenmaschinen GmbH, their claim to the prize will expire and a substitute winner will be determined as described above.

Prizes will be sent free of charge by post to the postal address provided by the winner. Prizes will only be shipped to an address within Germany or Austria. If shipment cannot be made due to incorrect or incomplete provision of the name or address by the winner, JUPITER Küchenmaschinen GmbH is not obliged to conduct further investigations or re-initiate shipment.

4. Data Protection
   
   Data collection is carried out under the responsibility of JUPITER Küchenmaschinen GmbH. The protection of your personal data and strict adherence to data protection regulations are of the highest priority for JUPITER Küchenmaschinen GmbH.

5. Changes to the Terms and Conditions and Premature Termination of the Promotion
   
   

Jupiter Küchenmaschinen GmbH expressly reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time if there are legitimate interests, or to terminate a promotion prematurely without giving reasons. A legitimate interest exists in particular if there are indications that the promotion is being manipulated by third parties, or if its implementation is made unreasonably difficult or impossible by unforeseen technical or other actual circumstances. No claim to a prize exists.
