Our manual kitchen tools work independently of electricity. This makes them especially direct, durable, and controllable.
When grating, cutting, grinding, crushing, pressing, or mincing, you set the pace yourself. This creates a calmer, more mindful way of preparing food—with closer connection to the ingredients and more enjoyment of the craft.
