To get your device back in use quickly, please report service cases exclusively here: Jupiter Customer Service - LUBA GmbH. Please include the purchase receipt as proof of warranty and an explanation of the defect. This will help avoid delays in processing!

We do not accept returns of devices that have not been registered with Jupiter Service beforehand!

The warranty for your Jupiter device is 2 years.

However, if you send us a copy of your invoice within 4 weeks of purchase with a request for extension, we will extend your device’s warranty free of charge to 5 years.
