Shipping within Germany

For deliveries within Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee of €5.90 per order.

For orders over €99.00, we offer free shipping within Germany.

Shipping within Europe

For deliveries within the EU, we charge a flat shipping fee of €14.90.

For deliveries to Austria, we charge €8.90 shipping.

For deliveries to the United Kingdom, we charge a flat shipping fee of €25.00.

Returns & shipping

30-day return policy

We want you to be satisfied with your order. Therefore, we voluntarily grant you a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt of the goods.

The voluntary return policy applies to items that are returned to us complete, unused, and in proper condition.

Since our products are kitchen appliances and accessories that are intended to come into contact with food, returns under our voluntary 30-day return policy are excluded if the goods have been used or have already come into contact with food.

Please only inspect the goods to the extent necessary to determine their condition, characteristics, and functionality. Avoid using the products with food if you wish to make use of our voluntary return policy.

Return Shipping Costs

The immediate costs of the return shipment are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed in individual cases.

Please only return the goods after you have received the return information from us. This ensures that your return can be correctly assigned and processed quickly.

Please pack the goods carefully so that they arrive with us undamaged.

Please note: Under our voluntary 30-day return policy, the originally incurred shipping and postage costs are not refunded. These will be retained during the refund.

Refund

After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price of the returned items via the originally used payment method.

A refund under the voluntary 30-day return policy will only be made if the goods are complete, unused, and without contact with food are received by us.

If the goods are used, damaged, incomplete, or not returned in proper condition, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance under the voluntary return policy.

Shipping and postage costs already incurred will not be refunded under the voluntary 30-day return policy and will be retained upon refund.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal

The voluntary 30-day return policy applies in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal.

Your statutory rights, in particular your right of withdrawal and your warranty rights in case of defective goods, remain unaffected.

Under the statutory right of withdrawal, compensation may be required if the goods have been used beyond what is necessary to check their condition. This applies especially if the goods show signs of use, are damaged, or are not returned in full.

Installment payment with Klarna:

If available at checkout, you can also pay for your order via Klarna. The applicable terms, fees, and payment deadlines will be shown to you directly in Klarna’s checkout.

Please note that Klarna independently handles the payment processing. Further information on terms, fees, privacy information, and consumer information is provided during the Klarna payment process as well as on Klarna’s information pages.

- €0.39 for an order value from €14.00 to €19.99

To take advantage of the offer, please order for at least €10.00 but no more than €199.99.

The total credit amount and the effective annual interest rate for full repayment after 3 months for a purchase of €10 are €10.29 and 11.76%, for a purchase of €14 are €14.39 and 11.30%, for a purchase of €20 are €20.59 and 11.96%, for a purchase of €25 are €25.69 and 11.19%, for a purchase of €30 are €30.79 and 10.68%, for a purchase of €35 are €35.99 and 11.47%, for a purchase of €50 are €51.39 and 11.27%, for a purchase of €70 are €71.59 and 9.21%, for a purchase of €110 are €112.99 and 11.02%, and for a purchase of €160 are €163.99 and 10.11%. The effective annual interest rate may be lower or higher and depends on the amount of credit granted by Klarna and the term.

The "Pay in 2 months" option is a promotional condition of Klarna installment purchase. If you do not fully settle your purchase at the specified time, the terms for flexible installments will automatically apply. You can then conveniently pay off your purchase in monthly installments.

If your purchase exceeds an amount of €199.99 for the first time, a valid agreement for "Buy now. Pay in 2 months." only exists once you have signed an installment purchase agreement. The installment purchase agreement will be sent to you by Klarna. You can sign the contract and thus convert your purchase into an installment purchase or pay the full purchase price by the specified due date. The due date for this payment is 14 days from the shipment of goods, tickets, or for other services, the time of availability of the services or digital content. If you are in default of payment, Klarna may charge a flat compensation of €1.20 for each reminder for the damage caused. You are entitled to prove that Klarna has incurred no or only a lesser damage.

Klarna processes your personal data to fulfill our obligations under this agreement and for the additional purposes stated in our privacy policy. The privacy policy is available here and on our website, and by using Klarna services you confirm that you have read this privacy policy. We process your personal data, for example, to identify you and to conduct customer analysis, creditworthiness checks, marketing, and business development. We may also share your data with selected third parties (e.g., credit agencies), who may be located outside the EU/EEA. The privacy policy provides further information about data sharing, your rights regarding your data, how to contact us with questions, or how to file a complaint with your national supervisory authority.
