How do I know if my order was successful?

Can I change my order later?

Where can I enter a voucher code?
You can redeem a voucher code in the shopping cart before selecting the shipping method and payment method. To do this, enter the discount code in the designated field and click "apply". The amount or percentage will be deducted accordingly.
Can I extend the warranty of my product?
The warranty for your products is two years. If you send us your invoice within 4 weeks of purchase with a request for extension, we will extend your warranty to 5 years free of charge.
