If you turn the manual slicer over, you will see a screw under the adjustment wheel. Here you can readjust and, if necessary, tighten the screw a little more.
Can I also chop other foods with the manual slicer?
Our slicers can also be used for slicing smoked ham, hard cheese and sausage, as well as fruits and vegetables. For our newest model with a solid wood board, a smooth blade is optionally available.

How can I clean my poppy seed mill?
Remove the protective cap. Unscrew the adjusting screw and remove the compression spring, crank, and washer. Now you can remove the auger from the housing. You can clean the parts of the poppy seed mill with a dry cloth or a small brush. Assembly is done in reverse order.
Can I also crush other oil-containing seeds with the poppy seed mill?
You can also process other oil-containing seeds, such as flaxseed, with our poppy seed mill.
