How do I assemble my Nutrimix?
Place the container from above onto the drive coupling of the drive unit. If you cannot push the container all the way down, turn it slightly to the left and right so that it engages with the drive coupling. Place the container lid and the cap on the container. Lock the bayonet catch by turning it clockwise.
What is the difference between the dry and wet containers?
The device can be operated with two different containers. For liquid foods, use the wet container with the 6-bladed knife. The dry container has a 2-bladed knife and is - as the name suggests - suitable for all dry ingredients.
How do I measure the temperature in the container?
With the tamper, you can push pieces of food that float upwards back down into the container and also measure the temperature in the container. To activate the temperature display, briefly press the button. The display automatically switches off after two minutes.
How do I clean the Nutrimix correctly?
Touch the water drop symbol and then the start button to start the cleaning program.
Unplug the power cord before cleaning the appliance. The components are NOT dishwasher safe. Clean the components only with lukewarm water and washing-up liquid. Allow the appliance to cool before cleaning. You can clean the drive unit and receptacle with a damp cloth.
