Only use the knife with a suitable mincer of the specified size. Before use, check for visible damage, deformation, or wear. Do not continue to use damaged or heavily worn knives.

Handle with care when inserting, removing, and cleaning, as the cutting edges are sharp and can cause injuries. Do not touch the knife by the cutting edges and keep it out of the reach of children.

The knife is exclusively intended for processing food in the designated mincer. Do not use for other purposes and only use together with a correctly assembled worm, a suitable perforated disk, and a screw connection. Before commissioning, check that all parts are complete, correctly inserted, and securely fastened.

Do not reach into the filling area, the worm, or other moving parts during operation. Never push food down with your fingers. Only use the designated tamper.

For an electrically driven mincer, switch off the appliance and unplug it before assembly, disassembly, cleaning, or changing the knife. Only remove the knife when all moving parts have come to a complete stop.

Do not force the knife in or out. In case of blockages, switch off the appliance or the drive completely and only rectify the cause after all moving parts have come to a standstill.

After cleaning, dry the knife completely according to the care instructions and only then reinsert or store it.
